Credit card payment (additional 4% processing fee) can be made by phone (510-219-1851) or in person.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Prices are per person in U.S. dollars. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation at the time of booking. Cancellations made before January 1 will forfeit 15% of the deposit. Any cancellation made after January 1 will result in a total loss of the deposit.  Participant must be paid in full by January 1. The Retreat Leader reserves the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum.

Itinerary is subject to change, if so, you will be notified in writing. The inclusions are subjected to change. We reserve the right to change or cancel any activity for any reason. However you will always be notified in advance whenever possible and every effort to replace it with an equal value activity will be made.

Trip cancellation insurance is advised.
